100 Guys for Good (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
Profile information: You may optionally provide additional information such as your phone number and mailing address. You control whether this information is visible to other members through your profile privacy settings.
Donation information: When you make a donation, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We retain donation records (amount, date, and type) for tax receipt and reporting purposes.
Usage data: We may collect usage data such as pages visited and interactions with the site to improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your member account
- To process donations and issue tax-deductible giving statements
- To communicate with you about events, meetings, and organizational updates
- To maintain membership records as required for 501(c)(3) compliance
- To display your chosen information in the member directory (based on your privacy settings)

3. Member Directory & Privacy Controls
Your name and membership date are visible to other authenticated members in the member directory. You may choose to share additional information — including your email address, phone number, and city/state — by enabling visibility toggles in your profile settings. By default, this additional information is hidden.
You can update your privacy preferences at any time from your profile page.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and processing transactions (see Third-Party Services below)
- With other authenticated members, limited to information you have chosen to make visible in your profile settings
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of our organization or others
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled through Google OAuth, and payment processing is handled by Stripe, both of which maintain industry-standard security practices. Access to member data is restricted by role-based permissions.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. Donation records are retained as required by IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations (generally a minimum of seven years). If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information except where retention is required by law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes.
7. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for the site to function properly, including authentication session cookies. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Optional cookies that help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve the experience. These are only set if you opt in.

We use the following third-party services to operate our website. Each service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy:

- Supabase — for data storage and authentication. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
